Payment Information: Full payment is due in full at time of class and workshop registration or when jeep tour reservations are made.

Where to Go: Classes, workshops, events and jeep tours will at Goldenstein Gallery, the Sedona Arts Center or other designated locations. Please confirm the location in advance.

TIps for Enjoying Jeep Tours, Classes and Workshops – What to bring: For outdoor activities sunscreen, sunglasses and hats are recommended. Please wear hiking boots or comfortable walking shoes and outdoor clothing. Layers are recommended. Please bring water and also an energy bar or small snack if wanted. No glass containers are allowed on jeep tours. Contact lens wearers may want to switch to glasses on jeep tours. While out on the tour vehicle please watch your step and feel free to ask the driver for assistance.

Suggested Supplies for Photo Shoots:

• Camera

• Extra Camera Lens(es)

• Lens cleaning brush, tissues or cloth

• Polarizing Filter

• Tripod

• Cable release or remote shutter release

• Camera Manual

• Please make sure your camera battery is fully charged and you have plenty of room on your camera card to hold a lot of photos. If possible bring an extra battery and camera card(s).

• Water

• Power bar or small snack

• Something to take notes with

• Wear hiking boots or comfortable walking shoes. Bring layers of clothing, sunscreen, hats and sunglasses.

Cancellation Policy: There is a cancellation penalty is 25% of the cost of classes, workshops and jeep tours if done 30 days before the scheduled date(s). There are no refunds given for cancellations made after 30 days prior to the class, workshop or jeep tour date(s). All cancellation requests must be in writing and received either by email, US mail or fax.

Susie Reed Photos reserves the right to alter, modify or cancel any classes, workshops and jeep tours due to weather, unsafe circumstances, National Forest Service requests or other unforeseen circumstances. Susie Reed Photos also reserves the right to cancel any class, workshop or jeep tour if the minimum required number of participants is not met. In the event a class, workshop or jeep tour is cancelled, participants will be given the option to reschedule to a later date or receive a full refund, which participants acknowledge as a full and final settlement. Susie Reed Photos accepts no responsibility for losses or any additional expense incurred such as airfare or accommodations due to delay or changes in the services to be provided and therefore recommends the purchase of trip insurance.

Safety and Liability Information: Participants must have adequate good health to partake in all classes, workshops and jeep tours. Some require hiking and degree of physical fitness. Classes and workshops held at the Sedona Arts Center are handicap accessible. There is free parking is available in the courtyard between the Sedona Arts Center buildings and at the bottom of the hill adjacent to the Art Barn.

All participants are responsible for their safety on public land and elsewhere and they acknowledge they are aware there may be an element of risk associated with outdoor activities. Participants may be asked to sign a liability waiver before they can attend classes and workshops or go on jeep tours. Please read this liability release form carefully as signing it certifies that said participant is physically fit and capable of participating in outdoor tours and photography exercises in field locations, and is fully and completely aware of any associated risks created by field locations and weather. Tours are not recommended for pregnant women or persons with back or neck problems or serious injuries.

By registering and attending all Susie Reed Photos classes, workshops and jeep tours participants (or non-participating guests/spouses) agree for himself/herself, his or her heirs, executors or personal representatives, to hereby release and hold harmless Susie Reed and Susie Reed Photos, its employees, partners, elders and assigns, from and against any and all claims for loss or damage to equipment, personal injury, accident or death not caused by the negligence of Susie Reed Photos its employees, partners or anyone else acting with authority on behalf of Susie Reed and Susie Reed Photos.

Returned check fee: A returned check penalty fee of $25 will be charged for checks not cleared due non-sufficient funds or for any other reason.
